WANNA KNOW WHO I AM?!
Okay, listen up – let’s cut through the formalities and get straight to it. I’m Mackenzie, and I’m fed up with "influencers" scamming people into buying their latest health fads with a 10% discount code (eye roll). I’m also done with people being told their lab work is "normal" when they still feel awful, leaving them without answers or real solutions. I’m passionate about getting to the root causes of health issues and providing genuine, effective care. I’ve dedicated my life to changing the trajectory of health, empowering people to take control of their well-being with evidence-based practices and real, sustainable results.were looking for!

Hey there! Curious about my training? It's been quite an exciting ride! I kicked things off at The University of Alberta, where I dove into the world of Kinesiology. After that, my journey led me to the CCTCMA in Calgary, where I studied Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and proudly earned my doctorate in Acupuncture.
But I didn’t stop there! I became a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), followed by certifications in Sports Nutrition and as a Transformational Specialist Coach, also through ISSA.
I’m passionate about learning, so I’m always expanding my knowledge with courses in Muscle Testing, Supplementation, Herbology, and more. Each step has brought me closer to helping you understand and love your body. Let's embark on this wellness journey together!

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture, having received my education from CCTCMA in Canada. Therefore, I do not practice medicine and do not diagnose or treat diseases or medical conditions. I focus my practice on promoting health and optimal function. My services are not meant to substitute or replace those of a medical doctor, but are intended to work in conjunction with them.
-
I do not prescribe or advise on prescription medications or controlled substances; your prescribing medical doctor will handle all medication management. My approach utilizes natural, noninvasive methods, including nutritional therapy, herbs, meridian lines, stress management techniques, exercises, and lifestyle changes to address the root causes of illness and enhance overall health and function.

Ideal candidates for this approach are those dedicated to understanding the underlying causes of their health issues and committed to true healing. This is not a "take a pill and relieve the symptoms" type of medicine; it requires a willingness to embrace comprehensive lifestyle changes.

The duration of your care depends on various factors, such as the complexity of your condition, its duration, and the amount of time and effort you’re willing to invest in your wellness journey. Typically, care plans or individual visits span about 4-6 months, with most individuals noticing improvements within the first month. After completing their initial plan, many choose to continue with a maintenance plan. This usually involves a few individual maintenance visits per year for approximately 12-24 month.
